Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at FLO Group, you will lead and ensure the successful delivery of projects, while also identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional FLO Group services to clients.

Your role will involve active identification and pursue of new business opportunities within the existing client base, promoting FLO Group's diverse range of services. Collaborating with the Head of Consulting, Pavel Špryňar and other team members, you will help design and enhance product and service offerings, leveraging FLO Group's extensive expertise and experience. Moreover, you will contribute to FLO’s commercial activities by creating compelling case studies, use cases, and whitepapers, thereby reinforcing FLO Group’s position as a leading consultancy in the market.

Last but not least you will be providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their development to guarantee project success.

What should you bring with you? Experience is crucial!

Proficiency in English is a must not only for a clients‘ meetings, but for an internal communication, too. You have an excellent understanding of project management, marketing, and customer experience, and you bring a strategic business mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Your strong business case and value engineering skills will drive compelling business perspectives. Your exceptional communication and collaboration abilities will ensure effective workshop facilitation and high-level problem-solving. Strong background in consumer research is necessary to will deliver valuable insights to guide project direction.

What’s highly appreciated:

Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, and Basecamp

Expertise in workshop design alongside with knowledge of Design Thinking and Service Design.

Professional customer experience (CXPA) or project management-related certification (Prince2, Safe, PMI).
