Business & Data Analyst
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights?
Would you like to shape the data architecture and analytical backbone for one of the largest pharmacy chains in Europe?
We are looking for a Business & Data Analyst to join our FLO Data team working on a strategic data platform transformation. The current setup is built on modern cloud-native technologies, primarily Azure and Databricks, replacing the legacy DWH environment.
As a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll analyze business requirements and translate them into data models and transformation logic. You'll participate in designing and validating data pipelines for both batch and near real-time processing, while supporting the implementation of new use cases. Your role will include documenting logic, validating business rules, and performing data profiling. You'll collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team of analysts, engineers, and business users.
What areas should you be proficient in? You are an ideal candidate if you possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience with data analysis in DWH and the ability to design data architecture
- Experience with modelling (data models) in one of the modelling tools
- In-depth knowledge of SQL (MS SQL is an advantage)
- Experience with testing and creating test scenarios
- Excellent communication skills
- Good written and spoken English (B2/C1)
- Good written and spoken Czech (C1/C2)
- Experience with agile development
What is highly appreciated?
- Ability to oversee adherence to modelling methodology within a team of data analysts
- Experience with Data Lake and Data Mesh
- Experience in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in PowerBI
- Experience with real-time data processing (e.g., Apache Kafka)

Data Scientist

We are looking for both: Medior Developers, ready to contribute hands-on to exciting data science projects and Senior Developers / Delivery Leads who have experience leading smaller teams and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty with code.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement data-powered smart solutions for our clients, leveraging machine learning and AI where appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client challenges and translate them into actionable data science projects.
- Use modern ML frameworks and GenAI toolkits to prototype, test, and deploy models in production environments.
- Continuously evaluate model performance and adapt solutions to evolving data and business needs.
- Present findings and solutions in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
