What is necessary to succeed:  

• Experience from a marketing agency (Account Manager) or from a client’s side role (Brand Manager / Marketing Manager). 

• Responsible approach to work, with ambition, and a desire to learn new things. 

• Understanding of brand communication and experience in corporate environments. 

• Experience in creating, developing, and maintaining websites. 

• Ability to meeting deadlines. 
  
  
• Strong empathy, the ability to understand client needs even when not explicitly stated.
   
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both Czech and English, as we collaborate with international colleagues and clients.

What you can look forward to:

• Managing social media accounts on Meta and beyond – from planning to reporting, including client communication.
• Creating engaging content – whether it’s posts, stories, or campaigns, you’ll do it independently and in collaboration with our creative team. Bonus points if you can write great copy!  
• Working with data and metrics – analyzing what works and finding ways to improve. You’ll also be responsible for delivering insightful reports to clients.

What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of social media platforms and their nuances (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Native-level Czech and fluent English – you’ll need to communicate with clients and team members effectively.
• At least one year of experience in an agency setting, where you’ve already managed social media accounts and understand their dynamics.
• Practical experience with social media management tools (Meta BM, Zoomsphere, Sprinklr, etc.) – you know how to plan, analyze, and run promotions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work systematically – creativity is fantastic, but a solid plan is essential.
• Passion for social media – we don’t just follow trends; we aim to set them.

Currently we are looking for a new colleague for the role of Account Manager, who will be the key contact person between our international client and the agency.

• Client portfolio management. You will be one of the main contacts for our new client, an international company in the luxury automotive sector. You will be involved in building a long-term relationship with the client.
• Project management. You will be responsible for coordinating projects from briefing to execution, overseeing quality, budgets, and adherence to agreed deadlines.
• Marketing communication and creative strategy. You will oversee the development of creative concepts, campaign execution, and adherence to the brand’s CI.
• Teamwork. You will closely collaborate with client teams across the CEE region and our internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Together with the team, you will develop cooperation with the client based in Prague and its branches operating in 28 markets across the CEE region.

What we’re looking for:

• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate a dynamic environment.
• Excellent and effective communication skills. You are fluent in both Czech and English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to understand internal team dynamics and client needs, and relay information effectively.

• Experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency environment.
