Would you like to shape the data architecture and analytical backbone for one of the largest pharmacy chains in Europe?

We are looking for a Business & Data Analyst to join our FLO Data team working on a strategic data platform transformation. The current setup is built on modern cloud-native technologies, primarily Azure and Databricks, replacing the legacy DWH environment.

As a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll analyze business requirements and translate them into data models and transformation logic. You'll participate in designing and validating data pipelines for both batch and near real-time processing, while supporting the implementation of new use cases. Your role will include documenting logic, validating business rules, and performing data profiling. You'll collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team of analysts, engineers, and business users.

What areas should you be proficient in? You are an ideal candidate if you possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience with data analysis in DWH and the ability to design data architecture
• Experience with modelling (data models) in one of the modelling tools
• In-depth knowledge of SQL (MS SQL is an advantage)
• Experience with testing and creating test scenarios
• Excellent communication skills
• Good written and spoken English (B2/C1)
• Good written and spoken Czech (C1/C2)
• Experience with agile development
